Store Owners

If you are a store owner, we welcome wholesale inquiries. Minimum orders for wholesale pricing require a $500 minimum order.  Please contact Kasha at the address or phone number below for more information.

Custom Orders

We love creating a bag just for you, with your artwork, your colors, etc. Please contact us to discuss this option where you are the designer. We would then get back to you with pricing depending on the bag design, artwork and other creative options.

Repairs and Replacements

We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any product  within 30 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please email us for further details about our repair and replacement policy.

Returns

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Please put RETURN on the outside of your box.
• Once we receive it, in it's original condition, we will email you with a refund date.
• If it has been used, we will refund a partial refund depending on the extent of the use. (10-25% of original price)
