Inside the idea

At Kasha Ritter, art was the start.

PAINT-ON a yoga mat triggered the idea that it was a creative textile.

GLUE-ON this same yoga mat created a pocket of possibilities.

ART-ON everything in her life made it easy for Kasha to fuse it together.

This bag lessens stress in your life.

DROP-IT in mud, it rinses clean.

KICK-IT it overboard, it floats.

BACK-OVER-IT in your car it bounces back to shape.

WIPE-IT dry, if your Latte lands on it.

TOSS-IT in the dryer, if your water bottle leaked.

These bags take care of themselves so you don't have to.

This bag compliments your yoga practice.

IN-HALE as you begin your day, putting things inside your bag you want to protect, cushion and carry.

EX-HALE as you find your lost cell phone you were sure you left on the shelf in the grocery store.

IN-VERT as you reach across/under your desk, while on the phone to find your favorite pen you need to write your to-do lists on.

EX-TEND as you say yes to reach out and help, when you are sure you are the one who needs a hand.

EN-GAGE as you attract what it is your heart calls for you to do in this lifetime you are given.

Our Company Mission is to Create Kindness.

Literally by making products that are kind to you. For when things work with you, you feel accepted, understood and acknowledged. This in turn makes you want to do the same for others and you, yourself are the artist and designer.

Our designs mirror human-ness:

FIRST:  They have 6 senses:

1. Sight: They see our needs. They see what matters to us. They see us coming. They see what's coming when we can't and protect what we carry in life.

2. Smell: They carry Kasha-cards (small cards with words of focus) which can be sprayed with favorite perfume or embellished with aromatherapy oil to bring  awareness inward/outward. These cards are blessed by the Monks at the Drepung Gomang Institute. ( Louisville, KY)

3. Taste: They give us a taste of what we all crave at the core. To be supported.

4. Hearing: They hear our laughter, our frustration, our cries for help, our bursts of joy. They absorb these sounds and vibrate with the intention that is needed.

5. Touch:  They touch our lives with a textile-hug or tug with their innate ability to bend with what is, to embrace what we hand it and to gently give way when we need it to.

6. Insight: They know us.  They understand us. They forgive us when we are so busy trying to be a good woman, wife, mother, friend or person that we misplace our car keys, our to-do list, our dreams we had as a strong willed six year old.

SECOND: They have unfinished edges inside, with a purpose. To remind us to look upon our own unfinished edges as creative potential. For we now understand how this bag was made by seeing it from the inside and if we can carry that to ourselves, and others, we will see the creative possibilities in all life forms. Making us all artists and designers in our daily practice of life.

A closing wish for you:

A pause when you need it most.

Space to allow yourself to be.

Trust in what is.

Shanti~  Kasha
